KELLY'S STORY

She's lived this chapter, and spent fifteen years helping couples through it.

Kelly Reel is a licensed marriage and family therapist with fifteen years guiding couples, and a mom of four who has walked the empty-nest transition herself.

She built Roommates to Soulmates because she kept meeting the same couples: good people who poured everything into the kids, looked up when the house went quiet, and realized they'd become roommates. Still in love. Just out of practice.

Ā

After the kids move out, many couples look across the kitchen island and realize they've become roommates who share a mortgage... to bridge the distance, rediscover who you are, and build a deeply connected, exciting next chapter together.

WHAT KELLY BELIEVE

What Kelly believes about the empty-nest year

01

You're not broken. You're rusty. And rusty is fixable.

02

The empty nest is a beginning, not an ending.

03

Couples don't need months of digging. They need a plan and a push.

04

The way forward is the how, not just the why.

WHY COACHING, NOT THERAPY

A different room, with a different job:Ā momentum.

Kelly's background means she understands couples deeply. But Roommates to Soulmates is intentionally coaching, not therapy — forward-looking and practical, focused on building your next chapter rather than diagnosing the last one.
